Welcome to TheRealOwner. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using TheRealOwner, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Platform's Role

TheRealOwner provides a technology platform that connects businesses with their customers via Google Business Profile (GBP) integration. We are a software service provider, not a booking agent, medical provider, or hospitality service. We do not charge commission on any booking value and are not a party to the transactions between businesses and their customers.

2. Account & Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the Google Business Profile associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your Google account credentials.

3. GBP Access & Link Injection

By connecting your GBP, you grant us permission via Google OAuth to manage your listing. We will only inject our booking links into available fields or alongside existing third-party links using the Place Actions API. We will not overwrite your primary website URL if one exists. You can revoke this access at any time through our platform, which will automatically restore your original links.

4. Subscriptions & Expiry

We offer annual subscriptions. Pricing is determined based on your business category and geographic location. If your subscription expires, your booking engine will remain live for customers, but your ability to view the details of new bookings will be locked until the subscription is renewed.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Information Technology Act 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
