How does TheRealOwner connect to my Google Business Profile?
We use the official Google Business Profile API. When you sign in, you grant us permission to manage your listing. We only inject our booking links into empty fields (like your website or appointment URL) and never overwrite your existing links.
Do you support diagnostic centers and pathology labs?
Yes! Diagnostics is a fully supported vertical. We provide specialized booking forms that handle home sample collection, walk-in tests, patient details (including referring doctors), and report ETAs.
What if my business already has a booking link?
Our links are added alongside existing links (like Zocdoc, OYO, or Practo). Using the Google Place Actions API, we can co-exist with other providers so you don't lose any existing traffic.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your booking engine stays live! Customers can still book appointments, and those bookings will accumulate in your account. However, you will need to renew your subscription to view the details of new bookings.
Can I manage multiple business locations under one account?
Yes. If your Google account manages multiple Google Business Profile locations, you can connect them all. Each location requires its own subscription, but volume discounts are available.
How is my subscription price determined?
Pricing is determined automatically based on your primary Google Business category (e.g., Hotel, Salon, Diagnostic Center) and your geographical location (using a Purchasing Power Parity model).

Why do I need to verify my WhatsApp number to book?
We use WhatsApp OTP verification to ensure that all bookings are genuine and to prevent spam for our business owners. It also allows the business to contact you regarding your appointment.
Is there a fee for booking through TheRealOwner?
No. TheRealOwner is completely free for customers. We do not charge any commission or booking fees on your transactions.
