The Zencraft Interiors

My property was 2bhk and my budget was Economic but the designs and the output was too good. I really loved the way how the outcome was. Special thanks to Mr.sharif and his entire team.

Had a great experience with The Zencraft Interiors from design to execution. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are genuinely impressive. The finishing quality reflects the team’s commitment to doing things properly. What stood out the most was their accountability and complete ownership of the project. The team never made us feel that we were just another client. They took responsibility for every stage and ensured things were completed as committed. Communication and coordination throughout the project were professional and transparent. Whenever an issue came up, the team focused on finding a solution rather than shifting responsibility. The execution team showed excellent workmanship and attention to even the smallest details. The Founder’s personal involvement and ownership gave us additional confidence throughout the project. The final result was elegant, functional and executed to a very high standard. Their commitment to quality is clearly visible in the finished work. It is refreshing to work with a company that genuinely stands behind its execution. Highly recommended for their craftsmanship, professionalism, accountability and ownership. Thank you to the entire Zencraft team for delivering my beautiful home well executed.

Extremely disappointing experience with Zencraft Interiors and Mr. Sharif I would strongly recommend being very cautious before giving your interior project to Zencraft Interiors or Mr. Sharif. My experience was extremely disappointing. The project was started in November and, despite taking almost 10 months, the work was still not completed properly. I had already paid around 95% of the agreed amount, but substantial work was still pending. Around May, I even took a written commitment/bond from them to complete the remaining work within one month. That deadline was also not met, and the project continued to drag until almost August without proper completion. Eventually, I had no choice but to bring in another carpenter to complete the remaining work. According to my assessment, they completed only around 60% of the work properly, despite having received 95% payment. When I questioned the incomplete work, I was told that I had paid “peanuts” for the work they had done. I therefore withheld the remaining 5% because the agreed work was not completed and the finishing was not satisfactory. There were also serious issues with project management and workmanship. I had to personally get involved in almost every stage to monitor finishing, alignment and corrections. The team frequently struggled with basic finishing and alignment requirements, resulting in repeated corrections and delays. I also experienced an incident where a bed was removed from my site without my authorization, which was extremely concerning. Another issue I observed was the lack of a consistent workforce. Work would repeatedly stop because the required workers were not available, contributing significantly to the prolonged timeline. I also experienced a significant difference between the initial quotation and the final pricing. In my case, the price increased substantially after the design stage, despite there being no corresponding major modifications from my side. This was a major concern during the project. The final position from them was that they would not complete the remaining work unless I released the last 5%. After nearly 10 months of delays, incomplete work, repeated finishing issues and broken commitments, I no longer had confidence that paying the remaining amount would result in proper completion. My biggest issue is not simply the delay. It is the combination of poor project management, incomplete work despite 95% payment, repeated delays, finishing/alignment problems, refusal to honour the promised delay compensation, and the overall lack of accountability. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that anyone considering Zencraft Interiors can make an informed decision. My advice is to get every commitment, completion timeline, scope of work, payment milestone, variation in price and compensation clause clearly documented in writing before starting the project.

If you’re looking to get your home interiors done, I highly recommend The Zencraft Interiors. Honestly, finding a good design team can be a total headache, but these guys made it so easy. They didn’t rush anything at all. In fact, they took plenty of time during the planning phase to make sure every single measurement and layout was absolutely perfect before they even started the work.Their team is super friendly, transparent, and they actually listen to what you want while giving great advice on how to save space. The final quality of the woodwork and finishes is amazing, and everything looks exactly like the 3D designs they showed us. The on-site workers were also really polite and kept everything clean. Total peace of mind throughout the whole project!

We just finished doing our home interiors with The Zencraft Interiors, and we are so happy we chose them. Our biggest worry was that the work would get delayed, because that happens so often with interior designers. But Zencraft was amazing—everything was finished exactly on time, from the first designs to the final handover. They kept their word and handed over on the day they promised. The kitchen, the wardrobes, and the living room TV unit all look premium and neat. The project manager kept us updated every week, so we didn't have to stress at all. Great quality, great service, and great timing.

Had a Nice experience with zencraft team

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional experience. While Sharif appeared responsive during the sales process, the experience deteriorated significantly after the order was placed. However, most project-related decisions were handled by his associate, Shiva, whose repeated delays, missed commitments, and poor coordination were a major reason for the overall negative experience. Along with Vijay, the team consistently failed to provide timely updates or follow through on agreed actions. What should have been a straightforward modular fitting project for a single bedroom remained incomplete for over three months and was eventually abandoned midway. Throughout the project, we were forced to make countless follow-ups just to receive basic updates, with calls frequently going unanswered and promised timelines repeatedly missed. The installation process was plagued by delays. After weeks of reminders, workers would occasionally be sent for a day before disappearing again, resulting in minimal progress. Every stage required constant chasing from our side. Before placing the order, it was clearly agreed in writing that the final 10% payment would be released only after satisfactory completion and handover. Despite failing to complete the work, they now insist on receiving the remaining payment upfront and ask us to "trust them" before they will address the pending items. This directly contradicts the agreed payment terms. The quality of workmanship and design was disappointing. The designer, Renuka, who claimed to have 10 years of experience, overlooked several basic design considerations, including alignment, design continuity, switchboard placement, and proportional partition sizing. The final finishing quality was also well below expectations. The workers caused damage to the property, including scratches on the flooring, damaged bathroom tiles, and damage to custom aluminium windows. Whenever these issues were raised, responsibility was denied and accountability was lacking. Overall, the project was marked by excessive delays, poor workmanship, weak design execution, broken commitments, and a complete lack of accountability. We were left with unfinished work, property damage, and months of unnecessary follow-up. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution.
