I was addressing this issue to the owner/the person sitting at counter ! He just listened and ignored me ! This is not the way to react ! People don't even go to this restaurant! The taste, ambience, cleanliness, staff, and even the complimentary soup before the meal were excellent. Sadly, everything has changed for the worse. When we arrived, there were plenty of empty tables, but none were cleaned. Even after calling the staff twice, the waiter took a long time to clean our table. We ordered **Chicken Faham Mandi**, but after waiting **15–20 minutes**, we were served **Chicken Fry Mandi** instead. After informing the waiter, they finally brought the correct order. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The rice was hot, but the chicken was cold, extremely hard, and very tough to eat. The taste was poor, and we ended up wasting most of the chicken and rice because it was not enjoyable. Another major concern was the kitchen hygiene. I noticed several kitchen staff working **without masks, gloves, or hair caps**, which raised serious concerns about food safety. I request the concerned food safety authorities to inspect the kitchen and ensure proper hygiene standards are being followed.
